Processing Time

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Standard delivery: $11.00 AUD — Express delivery: $15.00 AUD — Free Express shipping on all orders over $100 AUD.

International Shipping

We ship to 28 countries worldwide. Standard international shipping: $25.00 AUD — Free shipping on all orders over $100 AUD. Delivery times vary by destination.

Tracking

All orders are sent with tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.

Condition Requirements

Items must be returned in their original, unopened and unused condition with all original packaging intact. We are unable to accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene reasons.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be sent via a tracked and recorded postal service. Bella Beauty cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit without tracking.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at hello@bellabeauty.au before sending any returns. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Unauthorised returns will not be processed.
